how do I get MBM to display CPU diode temps?

Ok I'm running an AXP 1700+ JIUHB DLT3C on a Biostar M7NCG-T (mATX nForce2) motherboard. MBM 5 only shows somewhat relative temps for Winbond 2 sensor. I'm guessing this is the external probe that rests inside the socket. How do I get MBM to display the temps reported by the internal diode in the CPU? Is it even possible?

Ok, here's what MBM has available in terms of options, as well as a sample reported temperature:

Winbond 1: -48C
Winbond 1 2N3904: -47C
Winbond 1 Diode: -47C

Winbond 2: 38C
Winbond 2 2N3904: -61C
Winbond 2 Diode: -62C

Winbond 3: 42C
Winbond 3 2N3904: -47C
Winbond 3 Diode: -47C

Some from this I gather that both the Winbond 2 or 3 are the CPU temp readings? Is this correct? How would I know which one is the internal diode and which is the core diode? The label on the Winbond chip is W83627HF-AW if that helps any.

The diode temp will be higher... so I'd say IF you can get a reading from the diode, it would be Winbond 3: 42C

Another way to check is to fire up Prime95 while you're watching the temp... the temp should jump 3-6 degrees almost immediately if it's being taken from the diode.
