How do I get into the advanced BIOS settings on an Asus P5B motherboard?

I have searched everywhere and cannot find an answer.

My Gigabyte board is CTRL+F1 but that doesn't work on my Asus.
 
I am not talking about getting into the standard BIOS, I mean how to get into the extra BIOS settings not normally seen.

On my Gigabyte board, after the BIOS comes up I can hit CTRL+F1 and I get more settings that are normally hidden.

Do Asus P5B boards have hidden settings? And if so, how do I get to them.
 
Well take a look and see if anything's missing. On the last Asus board I worked on, new options appeared when you took certain things off of 'Auto'.
