What Not Fred said! Try Better Whois or Geek Tools. But not all sites have that information available via domain registration, you know! Sometimes they just show the information of the company that registered the site in behalf of an individual or entity.
However, you can verify to whom it's registered. From then you can investigate further to obtain personal details such as address and phone number of the individual. Hope that helps.

i just registered my domain at https://www.registryrocket.com about an hour ago...but i cant seem to look it up yet. is that normal?

it usually takes 72hrs for the DNS name to be widely available
