How do I get in contact with dells small business department?

I need to talk to Dell's small business customer care department. I just bought a laptop and the next day they started running a free printer promo. Who should I try to contact about getting a free printer? The customer care department is closed for the day and the promotion ends tonite 🙁

Well I talked to the lady today. I read reviews about the A920 printer and it's a hunk of crap. In the end I would have just preferred getting credit for it and the extra $50 off. She wouldn't do anything for me about the printer, but she did give me $50 back so I was happy. I didn't get to pull a rossman and somehow turn that $50 off into $300 off, but $50 back is better than nothing 🙂

One thing that confused me is this. I asked if she could do anything more for me, and she said well I see you're already getting $130 in rebates from buying the 3 year warranty in Small Business. I told her, they always have that, but she told me it's a promotion. Was she lying to me? The $130 off is still up on the website and it's not in orange on the front of the Inspirion page like other limited offers are.

I have her extension and badge number, and the number of her boss, so should I be giving them a call back?
