How do i get ICS to work under Win 2k?

Hi, how do i get ICS working/installed on Win 2k? I cant find it anywere so i assume it didnt get installed. And if it is already installed by default how do i get it to work. Thanks.

EDIT: Oh yhea should mention that im using DSL and trying to share it with a computer remotely through a 56k modem to dial in.
 
Thanks but that tells me what ive been reading all day. One thing im starting to think is that you cant share a DSL connection through a 56k modem. As i cant seem to find the share tab under my LAN connection properties.
