I recently started using a dual monitor set up (awesome...btw) and I'd like to get the ICQ panel to sit on the 2nd monitor. With other windows and toolbars I simply drag them to the 2nd monitor and they stay there. But with ICQ when I try to drag it to the second monitor it docks itself on the side of the 1st monitor and won't move over. I've read about people having this problem and did find some software on the internet that can help but I'd like to see if it can be done w/out adding 3rd party software.
I'm using ICQPro and have a radeon 9800 pro vid card with Win XP Pro (see sig for more info)

BTW....if the 2nd monitor happens to die (found it in trash...working ok so far) how would I get the toolbars that have been docked on the 2nd monitor back to the 1st monitor? Would right clicking on desktop and going to Display Properties Settings and choosing single monitor move them all back?
