how do I get a Snow Leopard to install to a pc without bootable USB

I have an acer travel mate 2203 that I am tying this on.There is no way to boot from usb.
Is there a way to patch the OS DVD so that I could boot and install from a patched copy? Or is there a bootloader that I can run from CD then just swap the SL upgare dvd?

What you're looking for is detailed in the other Hackintosh Guide. I think it was called MagicBoot.iso It basically contains the bootloader on the CD, you boot to the CD then swap to the install DVD.
