how do i get a replacement Tablet CD Key?

my fujitsus coa has faded and im missing the center part of the key. can i use the part number and cd code and get the coa from microsoft?
 
I'd probably call your OEM and see what they will do before trying to talk to Microsoft.

Otherwise if your system is still working you can use the 'Magical Jelly Bean keyfinder' to retrieve your current CD key.
