I have a 7900 GTO and it's currently at 725/880. Rivatuner says that the card can't pass the "test" any higher than the frequencies given, but I have a feeling that the card has some more potential. Are there any other third party programs that will let me overclock the card? Thanks.

You have a feeling that the card has more potential? I think its a dead-end dude.

:(. The card just went through at 725 / 885. Weird... I'll be safe and let it sit at 720/880. GTX+ speeds FTW.

Those speeds are great, wish mine could hit that :p I think I'm gonna be stepping up to G80 when it's out anyway, so it doesn't bother me... TOO much :p

? I'm running way passed 7900GTX speeds xP. I was aiming for 2.7 on the CPU, which it can do, but it won't prime for 2 seconds... Btw, I noticed from using speedfan that my load temps go to 60c... Could this be the reason why the overclock is so limited?

i read somewhere that the gto's were the ones with the funky 1.1ns memory.. I don't know if that's true but maybe that's the reason it won't go higher? i dunno.

You know you can disable the test right???

It's in the Power User tab somewere. Just make sure to check it off AND set the value to 1, then hit apply.
(it's in Overclocking/Global)

Just make sure not to go too high (know your limits)
