How do i format a winxp ftfs drive to fat32 without refomating?

I want to keep my computer as it is, can i convert the c:/ to FAT32 from NTFS without formating?

If so how....?

Partition Magic 7 - and one post was sufficient.

run 'convert' from the command line.
