How do I format a hard drive?

I installed Mandrake Linux on my old 8.4 gig hard drve and now I wanna format it to install Windows on. The hard drive isn't seen by fdisk or Windows so how would I go about changing it back to Fat32?
 
DOS doesn't see the drive whatsoever...I can't remember what file system it uses, but Windows doesn't like it.

I'll give Partition Magic a try, I forgot about that..thanks 🙂
