How do I flash the TurkOC bios on my KK266-R??

How do I flash the TurkOC bios on my KK266-R?? How do I do it??? is everything included in the zip file?? it has 3 files:
AWFL788.exe
Kk_r_toc.bin
TurkOC.bat

i dont know how to update this bios because on my Epox I just had to have the disk and type UPDATE at the promt, what do i have to type now.


To make a disk I just go to the A Prompt in Windows and type: format a/s????

Boot PC to minimal boot if using a Boot disk (WinMe or Win98SE)
AT A: prompt type TurkOC and follow instructions OR
Type AWFL788 and follow instructions
Write down the name of the BIOS file before starting KK_r_toc.bin
REMEMBER minimal BOOT only (OR safe mode command command prompt).
