How do I flash the bios of my Asus A7V?

I just bought a new harddrive, a Western Digital ATA/100 60gb, and my bios is not detecting it. I want to flash the bios, and I have the new one, but I have no clue what utility to use the do it. The Asus website isn't very helpful at all. Here is the website.
