How do I flash my Radeon LE 32mb ddr?

I have one of those older radeon LE (7200) 32mb DDR card and recently something went wrong w/ my software so i have to o/c everytime i restart windows? How do I flash the BIOS so I don't have to keep doing it?
 
killrose, i HIGHLY doubt that the radeontweaker is the best tweaking program for the radeon 7200. go to www.rage3d.com and their Rage3D is the best one as i works with the latest Catalyst drivers, but i think all i have to do is reinstall the software.
