how do i flash my bios on my p4s333 mobo?

hey, basically i'm at the very beginning stages of assembling my new p4 1.6a system, and things arent goin right... i'm installing a burned xp pro cd, but i have my own legal code so don't get mad at me people... basically when i boot up with the xp cd in, and c set to first boot, I get a message saying "press any key to reboot" and that is all there is on the screen... this is after the cmos readout appears... basically, i want to know where to get the newest/ or best bios for this board, and how i install them. thanks

follow this guide on asus's site

then go to this page and d/l the correct bios..make sure you get your revision correct

(you find revision number on the mobo itself)
