How do i Flash Bios for MSI Neo4 Platinum

I want the 1.6 or the 1.9 bios for the MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum.

Problem is i have no floppy disk. anyother way?

ps: which is the best version bios for overclocking with the platinum?

Use MSI update and flash it from Windows.

I have used this method several times and no problems.

Will the MSI Live Update let you revert back to older bios?

Use Winflash...I found it more stable then MSI's version.

Never had any probs with LiveUpdate too...

Live update works, but WinFlash allows you to clear the cmos and update the entire block including the DMI. It's also easier to point it to a bios, new or old and just flash away...IMHO
