How do I flash an Epox 8k7a? (more questions inside)

I'm running Windows2000 and can't make a startup disk, will it flash fine if I only press ALT-F2 during the boot up screen and continue from that point or should I find out how to make a systems disk with win2k?

You can do the Alt-F2 trick but you won't have the ability to make a backup copy of your BIOS. (can probably download one from Epox if you need to downgrade for whatever reason)

For a bootdisk, go to here and grab the "DRDos 7.x bootdisk for flash".
