How would I flash my ATI X800pro to an X800XT? I read a review of on newegg.com where a guy who has one flashed his pro to an xt. Please help!

uhh, well sure fire way to find out, is to take out the card and look at the back of it - look for a square with "Rage Theatre Chip" and that the ram chips (the smaller squares dotted around board) have GC16 at the end of them. report back
 
looking at your specs I think I need a via asus board, with my nvidia I can barely get a stable oc of 9-10%, unless its just my value select pc3200 ram holding me down
