Hey. For some reason when I open a new window, it comes up in a tiny window with just the title bar and the buttons showing. How do I make the windows open up larger?

in what, IE? WE?

have you tried opening, then immediately maximising, then closing?

Most likely happened when you closed a pop up ad, IE saves the setting.
