My sound blaster Z card has always worked like a charm. The problems started when I decided to build a new rig an updated to Windwows 10. My computer started to make a grainy noise. After a while with that problem, I decided to update the drivers of the Sound Blaster Z. The problem dissapeared. However, after a couple of months the problem started again. I have not been able to get proper audio from my computer for a long time. How can I fix this?
As possible audio sources my computer had:
Sound Blaster Z card (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009ISU33E/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1)
AMD GPU
Mainboard

Here is a link so you can listen to the problem:

If you play the audio through different devices, does the grinding sound continue? What drivers are you running now for the card?

It I connect with a bluetooth headset to the audio of the main board, there in no problem.
The latest driver I downloaded for the Sound Blaster Z is from 2017 https://support.creative.com/Produc...SET=prodfaq:PRODFAQ_21402,VARSET=CategoryID:1.

I do not know if maybe I have to remove the audio drivers of Sound Blaster, Mainboard and GPU. I do not know what to do.

Grainy sounds remind me of distortion. Distortion can come from a lot of places (you can even tell you sound card to add it), but the first thing I do is to check the inputs/outputs for any debris. Compressed air would be good. It might also be a good time to take the cover off the card and dust it out as well.
