How do I find the correct temp of my Celeron2?

In MBM 5 the CPU temp is 30C and my case temp is 31C. When I let the system idle for 10min and go to the BIOS of my BX133-RAID, it says 34C CPU temp and then it goes steadily up to 37C. Which BIOS temp should I use for calibrating MBM 5? I am using a Celeron2 600@885MHz, 1.95v.
