how do i find out which motherboard i have?

i have i older gaming pc,which someone pulled all wires out of ,now i need schematic to show me where they go

The manufacturer's name and model number should be silkscreened on the motherboard. The manual may/should be available for download.

If you have a "department store" brand (Dell, Gateway, HP, etc.) go to the manufacturer's site, and look up the specs for your model. They usually have the info you need.
