How do I find out whether a TBird is 20 or 266 Flavor?

Have a guy who has a 1.2 GHz Tbird AVFA stepping and i need to find out what flavor it is. Since i have been in the past an intel man, i am not sure of the markings on these chips, and how to find out if its 200 or 266, since the mobo i have on the way only takes 200.

any help would be great!
