How do I find out the card's temp & fan speed?

I have a MSI GF2 Ti Pro-T. I installed their utility, 3D!Turbo Experience, and it has a place where it can display the fan speed and card temperature, but that area is greyed out. Does anyone know if there is a way that I can enable that option or use some other software to find these two values? Thanks.

If the fan connector has a 3rd wire, you can easily find the fan speed by reconnecting it to the m/b which reads the rpm signal.
