How do i find out if i have AGP?

ok i need to order a Readeon 9700 for a friend but first i wanna determine if his motherboard has a AGP port or not ? so i have two questions

1. How can i find out which motherboard he has or ask him to do this and this to get the model of the motherboard?
2. Or what can i have him do to see if his motherboard has an AGP port ?

help ...

ask him to look at it and see whether there is a brown slot that is put backwards and is a little back from the white pci slots

my question is why would u get a radeon 9700 for someone who doesn't even know if they have agp?

What model computer is it? I would just look at the motherboard. Send him a picture of a motherboard and circle the agp slot. It'll be the slot near the memory usually brown

Wow, if he doesn't even know if he has an AGP slot, maybe the card isn't appropriate for him... or at least find out. What are the rest of his system specs?

Seems like a lot of money to spend on a card if it's going to go in the wrong system (ie, a Celeron 633). Do him a favor and see if he really would benefit from it.
