I have a Athlon Thunderbird. I took the cpu out so I could record what was on the core itself.
this is what it has:
A1333AM53C
AYHJA0124UPDW
Y6507340200

1999 AMD

I'm looking to overclock this to max.,,any help is appreciated.I'll be up for awhile if some body wants to help me.ty

TY Budman,

With the serial code I gave here,do you know if this is a good cpu?,,

I'm looking to overclock it. My highest 3dmark2001se is 4499. I need to break 5000 if I can

Since it's a T-bird that's how I kew. all T-birds were 1.75v I had a 1.4ghz that did 1.6gh a while back.

Your AYHJA should be good to do close to that too with a little voltage boost, but keep an eye on those temps.

1.75v is stock for all T-Birds.

The AYHJA stepping is one of the best as far as I remember, most people had them to 1.6Ghz (a 200Mhz oc was god at the time they were new). Had a similar cpu (1.4 with same stepping) myself but it was killed by a ThermalTake DragonOrb3 🙁

Hmmmmm, what is the exact sequence to a good overclock here. I put voltage to 1.75,,then fsb to 140 then multiplier to 11 for 1540. But it won't post.
Am doing something wrong?.
