So I was looking for a Norelco shaver on eBay and I see an obvious scam going on: seller not accepting paypal, only money order and personal checks, almost non-existent feedback, most from private auctions. Listing a ton of brand new shavers.

How do I file a fraud alert? Can't find a link.
 
why do you think this is an "obvious scam"

if i was going to scam on ebay, i would'nt sell shavers
