How do I figure out the maximum supportet cpu-speed of my mobo?

Just wonder what determines the maximum supported cpu-speed of a motherboard and how one can figure it out precisely...

Is it maybe the bios, chipset, buses of the motherboard, or anything else??

I would suggest going on the manufacturers site and checking.
