How do I figure out if my mobo is AGP or not?

Hey guys. im looking to upgrade the gfx card in an old PC, but Im not sure what the mobo is. Is there any way, without opening it up, to tell if the mobo is PCI or AGP?

might be a bad idea to upgrade yourself if you dont know what a mobo is. open case and it should show you though. agp slot is smaller and usually brown. pci-e comes in many colors.

btw, if you dont know if your mobo supports agp or pci-e, what makes you think you got the right socket or type?
