HOw do I erase all data from my handsping?

Hello,

I am trying to completely wipe out my handspring. it doesn't seem to do anything if I oush the reset button while I hold the power button. Is there any other way I can do it?

If I remember correctly you need to hold down the reset while turning the handspring on.

Did you bother to RTFM? =) Surely it mentions resetting your Handsprint?

sometimes you have to hold it down longer. press reset button while holdon the power button. then keep holding down the power button and let go the reset. for 3 to 5 secs..then you should see a reset msg.
