Operating System: Windows XP Home with SP2
Keyboard: Generic Microsoft Keyboard

I would like to know how I can enter euro sign (?) using my keyboard similar to dollar ($) sign.

For dollar I press Shift+4
For euro I press: _________

Since I do not have European keyboard, I understand that I have to enter it by using the ALT + 4 digit number on my numpad...but which numbers?

I tried wikipedia but didn't help

Where ever you want to print it in, at the cursor, hold down the right ALT key and press on the numerical pad 0128

ALT 0128 = ?

If you do ALT 128 you get the Ç

Bizarre. Perhaps it's only with the input locale set to English (UK) instead of English (US), seeing as we're closer to europe?

That is a possibility. I would imagine also that European keyboards would have ? as an upper case 4 instead of $.

Euro KB

OK - this suggests that code is for use in MS Word.
