how do I enable sidebanding and agp 4x on a geforce 2 mx?

I got my inno3d geforce 2 mx and a brandnew 700 Mhz P3. I cant get agp 4x to work. I tried the stock driver, the detonator 2 driver series and now I am using detontor 626 drivers and still hodas wcpuid says I am running at agp2x and no sidebanding.
what do i have do? tweak the registry/ If I have to tweak the registry what key do I have to tweak and what strings and values need to be entered?
