how do i enable my profile?

I understand that in order to post in the For Sale/Trade forum, I need to enable my profile with a visible e-mail. Problem is, I can't figure out how to do that. When I click on profile, I don't see any options for enabling my profile. Any help would be much appreciated.

Click on Personal Options at the top of the Profile screen.
