How do i enable dual channel ram?

ok i have two sticks of identicle pc3200 512 ddr ram.

this is my mobo here

i used cpuz to see if my ram is running in dual channel mode and it says single, so its not.

I thought you just stuck the ram in and it would run in dual channel mode, do i havta enable it, if so how?
