How do I enable DMA with my kt7a with Windows ME?

I have my ibm 75gxp hooked up to IDE 1 and my 16/40x pioneer dvd/cd-rom hooked up to IDE 2.
When I go under to the Hard disk controllers in the Device Manager these three lines are listed under it: -Primary IDE Controller(dual fifo), -Secondary IDE Controller(dual fifo), -VIA Bus Master PCI IDE Controller.
Only the VIA Bus Master PCI IDE Controller has a Settings tab when I click on it, but under the settings tab, there is no DMA box to check. It only has a line that says "Dual IDE Channel Settings" which has a menu underneath it. I can select "Default, or Both IDE Channels Enabled, or Only Primary IDE Channel Enabled, or Only Secondary IDE Channel Enabled, or No IDE Channel Enabled. Right now it is set at Default. Should I put the tab to Both IDE Channels Enabled since I have a hard drive in IDE 1 and a CD-Rom in IDE 2? Where is the DMA box?

I have 4in1 4.29 drivers and the 1.0.3b Hpt 370 drivers installed.

BASICALLY WHAT I WANT TO KNOW IS WHERE IS THE DMA BOX TO CHECK FOR MY IDE 1 HARD DRIVE?
