How do I enable coolbits for the 12.90 drivers?

Yes, 12.90s are "beta" as long as you don't get the WHQL version. 🙂 You can get coolbits from Guru3d.com.
 
Go to your Display Properties and select "Advanced." Then select the GeForce 3 tab, and then select the button that says "Additional Properties." It should be there under a tab called Clock Frequencies.
