I just can't seem to do it, I don't know what is wrong.


I have tried to tools > Internet options... edited privacy to accept from everywhere, edited security, edited everything that makes reference to cookies.


Am I doing something wrong? I'm running winxp from a clean install and it installed IE for me.


Any help would be appreciated. Without cookies I can't use paypal, and ezboard, and some other sites.
