How do I enable AGP fast write and side band on AMD/Via 761 hybrid?

I have an XP1800+GF4 Ti4600 and 256MB CAS2 DDR on an Epox 8k7a+

This chipset is a Via/AMD 760 (or 761?) hybrid.

3Dmark give me an 8200 (should be around 10000) - 3Dmark says I have AGP fast write and side band addressing capabilities but they are disabled.

Device manager has no problem devices and to my knowledge, I have the latest drivers.

Will the VIA 4 in 1 drivers work on this board?

How do I enable these AGP features - I think they are what is hurting my 3d scores.

Anyone got some ideas?
