How do I edit a midi file?

But the phone goes to voicemail after about 5 rings. So the music doesnt play too long.

And I want to play just the best parts..

basically I need to chop off the intro.

btw, the midi file is Mario2 ending kekekekekeke

nope,
cakewalk is over $100 i believe.
and it's not that easy if you are a beginner.

and i believe there are some ringtone makers that can actually let you edit midi files very easily.
