How do I drag a window with the keyboard?

How do I drag a window in Windows with the keyboard? Thanks

Alt + Space + R if the windows is maximized
Alt + Space + M to select the Move option
Move window around with arrow keys
Press Enter when done
Alt + Space + X will maximize window if you wish

Alt + Space + S seems to resize the window, moving the left border in to the right and moving the bottom border in towards to the top
