How do I 'downgrade' bios! Please Help

I have an ASUS P5n32-sli-se-deluxe. The latest bios is horrible in vista. Very show responses.

How do I downgrade bios? I put the 603 bios for the p5n32-sli-se-deluxe on cd, rebooted, hit alt-f2

Its says " P5N32sd2.rom not found on cd-rom"

The name of the bios is in face p5n32se0603.rom

Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!
 
Says have to do it in dos mode to downgrade. Try to boot in dos mode, and the AVFLASH DOS isnt suppored
 
If you can get into Windows, use the ASUS Windows BIOS upgrade utility. But instead of upgrading, downgrade to the last good BIOS.
