How Do I Do This In Visual Basic?!?!

When I load Outlook Express, there is a HTML frame like form. It's divided into "message" section "message content" section. How do I do this in Visual Basic? What is this called? I just want a form with the two sections.

OE isn't a form. It's an altered display of IE, using frames.

Try two or three child windows with fixed sizes inside a form first and see if that looks right.
