How do I do BSEL mod on Pentium D 2.8 ghz cpu?

I was planning to get a Core2Duo chip on it but it doesnt support it.

My only option is to o/c this via Bsel mod as Dell mobo blocked everything.

anyone know which pins to connect??

found Vcore mod but not fsb mod.
