How do I do a Mail in Rebate?

Where can I find the mail in rebate I need to send in? I ordered from newegg and ZZF, it's about $200 worth of MIRs so it's really important, I thought it would ship with the box.
 
I found it thanks, but if it says offer expires 7/31/06, does that mean I have to send in the rebate by the end of today, buy it by the end of today?

Buy it by that day. The rebate form will also have a post date where in you have to have it in the mail by said date.
