How do I display FPS in Unreal II?

I do not have the game....but in UT2k3 (same engine), go to console by presing tilde (~), then type "stat fps" w/out quotes.

You can also do it by going into your console (~)

And typing timedemo 1

While all of these methods work, there is also the option to set a key to toggle timedemo on and off
