How do I disable Window Logo key from keyboard?

Everytime I'm playing games I would accidentally press the Window key and it minimizes my game and opens the start menu. Is there a way to disable that key? Or how about 'redirecting' they key so that when I press it it'll type the letter 'Z' ? TIA

Just get a screwdriver and pry off the key.

LOL i posted the EXACT same question at techimo

when i'm playing Half-Life, if i accidentaly hit the button it shrinks the game and i lose sound.
those guys basically told me to either brake my keyboard with a screwdriver or just buy a keyboard that doesn't have a windows button.

i pried off my keys without damageing anything i just put them back on when im done playing

haha yup I play TFC quite a bit. I don't have this problem with my old keyboard that has a much smaller window key. But time has come for that kb to go, and I got this MS Internet kb from Office Max for $13. I didnt notice the HUGE window key at first, until I actually started playing in a server and noticed that everytime I duck (binded to my LShift) I would touch the window key. So It's just a matter of time I would hit that key during a match or something. I'm dl'ing X-Setup and gonna check to see if there is an option to disable it. Thanks

I use a little utility called WinKeyKill. Does the job beautifully.
