how do I disable this?

every time I press F8 my screen goes like this:

this is EXTREMELY annoying. Whenever I'm playing a game and hit F8 it'll quit out and go to this screen. I play Lineage II, where F8 is a hotkey for a spell/skill. Because this happens, I can't use F8 anymore, which is getting very annoying. How do I disable this so my computer doesn't do this?

What plugins have you got installed?
Run hijackthis and post the log.

Turn off Yahoo's Widget interface. Just uninstall it, and you'll never see it again.
