How do I disable this yellow bar at the bottom of IE9?

everytime I try to download a file it pops up instead of the way it was with IE8 I have to now choose from a dropdown box to save as where in IE8 it would pop up a window asking me if I want to open save or save as.
How do I get it back?

Unfortunately there is no way to move it.
As far as I know many people requested this feature back but Microsoft just ignored them.
Anyway Microsoft still track feature requests so if there is enough requests, maybe they will fix it in future versions.
