How do I disable the RAID setup prompt

I've done it before, and I can't seem to find it in the manual.

The part I'm talking about is where during the booting process it says "Press shift f4 or something to setup a RAID" and it stays there for 5 seconds or so, I don't need and just want to turn it off.

Depending on BIOS version, it is usually under the
"Onboard Devices\Advance" setting.

Then DISABLE the "Onboard Raid controller" (i.e. Promise, Silicon Image, etc..)
