how do i disable (or reduce) reverb in nforce2

i have tried running CS in EAX hardware mode and the reverb with it is terrible. i have a asus a7n8x deluxe and i was wondering what part in the tools do i go to to disable or reduce reverb. i tried looking thru there but there is like 4 differant sections that have reverb in it. i am a n00b at high quality sound so could you guys tell me what part to shut off. thnx.

no idea, never used nforce, i am assuming it has on board sound yeah??

well, either buy a cheap sound card, or get some new sound drivers for it.

maybe get an EAX studio software, that lets you mess with all the sound effects.
